Our family has been in the rug and flooring business since 1954 and online with Rug pads since 2005.
We manufacture our rug pads in the Southeast United States.
Unlike most companies, we are the warehouse and the shipper. We only cut your order after it is placed. Our pads are in the actual rolls waiting to be cut for each order. They are not pre-packaged with fold lines sitting on a shelf until we ship. The only time we fold your pad is when it is shipping to you, hence minimizing any fold lines. Whatever fold lines occur with our pads come out within minutes of when you open your package and place your rug on top of the pad.
Since we reply to all email inquiries as quickly as possible, the fact that you did not receive one could likely mean an issue with the email system – For this reason, we ask that you call us to (888)400-7098.
If your rug is walked on even a little, then it needs a rug pad. A rug pad prolongs the life of the rug by preventing premature wear and damage, as well as allowing for more effective vacuuming.
There is no charge for shipping of orders delivered to addresses within the contiguous United States. Orders to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska incur a nominal shipping charge.
You may return any standard order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. There are no restocking or return fees. There are no returns of custom cut rug pads.
We ask for this information only to be able to communicate to you regarding your order. Your initial confirmation and actual shipping confirmation are emailed to you. In the event we or UPS has a delivery question, your telephone number is used only for this. We do not sell or use your information in any other way.
You may cancel your order before it has shipped. Since we like to process and ship orders promptly, we ask that you cancel as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com.
