Shipping Policy
Every purchase from Rug Pad Corner comes with FREE shipping and FREE return shipping everyday within the contiguous United States and there is no sales tax, except for the state of Connecticut.
Orders to Canada: The shipping rate will be applied upon checkout and varies depending on order amount. Duties are the responsibility of purchaser. Ship time to Canada is between 2 and 5 days, depending on what part of the country the order is shipping to.
How Orders Ship:
Your order will be shipped via UPS ground. Every order is shipped direct from our own warehouse. Ground shipping takes anywhere from 1 day to 5 days to deliver, depending on where you are within the contiguous United States.
Delivery to Residences:
Home delivery is Monday through Friday. We do not require a signature, unless instructed otherwise. If you are not home to accept the delivery, the courier will use his/her judgement and place your order in a safe place.
Delivery to Businesses:
You may have us ship to a business. Business deliveries occur Monday through Friday.
Express Shipping:
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible yet in the event you prefer express shipping, please call us at 888-400-7098 and we would be happy to offer our discounted rates for overnight, 2 day or 3 day express. Please note that your order may already be within a one or two day delivery zone of us and we will advise you of this when you call.
