How to Order
Choose the pad size closest to your rug size. If your rug is 7'9"x9'9", then choose the 8'x10' pad size. Upon selecting the pad, you have the option to note your exact rug size in the box. If you include your rug size, we will cut the pad to the size of your rug, allowing for an inch less than your rug size on all four sides. If you do not state a custom rug size, then we will cut your rug pad slightly less than the actual size you order.
The easiest way for you to order is to place your order online. All orders arrive to our warehouse within 5 minutes of order placement. In the event that you wish to call us, you may call toll free to 1(888)400-7098.
To order online, simply make your selections and proceed to checkout. Fill in all required information as well as any notes you may have for us in the customer notes box on page three of checkout. If your rug is a special size and you would like your pad custom cut for no additional charge, simply note the rug size in this box. There is no delay for custom sizes.
You may choose from a few options to pay online. Our secure checkout accepts MC/VISA, AMEX and DISCOVER. You may also choose to checkout via Google Checkout or PayPal Express if you prefer. Simply click on the appropriate checkout link.
We also accept checks via United States Postal Service Mail and simply choose the check option when paying and enter check number and date check will be mailed. Your order will ship 7 days after we receive your check.
Government and Educational Institutions: We accept purchase orders. You may email your purchase order to orders@rugpadcorner.com and please include the item(s) you would like to order as well as the ship to address and bill to address and contact email address. Once this purchase order is approved, your item(s) will be shipped and your invoice will be mailed.
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation followed by another email containing your tracking number once shipped.
