Return Policy
FREE Returns:
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a complete refund within 30 days of receipt. Just like your order is shipped to you for free, we don't want you to worry about paying for shipping if you have to return the order.
Simply email us at returns@rugpadcorner.com to request your return. We will then email a pre-paid FedEx or UPS return shipping label within 24-48 hours. You simply print this label and attach it to your securely packaged return. Next, hand your return to a FedEx or UPS driver (depending on which carrier we choose to use) or to a drop off station for either carrier. It's that simple and it's free!
Once we receive your item, we will refund your original form of payment within 24-48 hours and you will be emailed a confirmation of this refund. We simply ask that any returns be in original condition, neither damaged nor altered.
NOTE: There are no returns on custom cut rug pads. A custom cut rug pad is one in which we cut it based on the rug size you state in your order, any size other than the sizes listed on our site.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, you may do so until the time we ship. Please note that since we try to ship all orders promptly, your cancellation advice needs to arrive us shortly after you place your order. You may email cancellations@rugpadcorner.com to request your cancellation. Assuming your order has not shipped, we will cancel your order.
