Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a complete refund within 30 days of receipt. You never pay any restocking fees, just the return shipping cost!

How to request your return:
Simply email us at email@example.com to request your return and please include your order number and item(s) which you wish to return. Once we receive your request, we will reply with the return instructions.
How you will return your order:
In our return instructions email we will request the return to be securely wrapped and unaltered without damage. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and you may use the shipper of your choice. Attach your return label to the package and ship it back to our warehouse.
What happens when we receive your return:
Once we receive your item(s), we will refund your original form of payment within 24-48 hours and we will send you a confirmation of refund by email.
Reasons we may refuse a return:
We reserve the right to refuse your return if one or more of the following apply:
The return was not authorized – Please be sure to request the return. If you attempt to simply send it back by refusing delivery, you will be charged the UPS fee for this service, which will be deducted from your final refund.
The return shows obvious damage – Please securely wrap your return to protect it while in transit. If in a box, be sure to use sufficient tape; If in plastic, be sure to use at least a 3 mil. thickness.
NOTE: While it rarely occurs, a mistake can happen. If you receive the wrong item or one cut in error, we will retrieve and replace it at our expense. Please do not attempt to cut it, as this will void our replacement policy.
