The Surface
Needle punched recycled felt jute is densely compressed with a distinct texture to grab and hold your rug, minimizing any movement of the rug on the rug pad. The density helps in protecting the back of your rug from premature wear as well as resisting furniture penetrating through to the floor and causing possible indentations.
The Backing
A solid layer of real rubber is heat pressed to the felt jute to create stability and longevity. Unlike others, our rubber is not glued on. Because ours is a solid rubber permanently attached to the felt jute, it will not break down and harm floors like rug pads with a sprayed on latex or "rubber like" material. The rubber consists of a unique pattern which allows more rubber to grip to more floor, hence providing the ultimate in a non slip rug pad.

Unmatched Performance
Ultra Premium performs as well on carpet as it does on hard floor surfaces. Use it with the rubber side up on carpet and keep your rugs flat, wrinkle free and prevent premature wear (for rugs on carpet with furniture on them use No-Muv rug pad instead). Use it rubber side down on hard floors and Ultra Premium will keep your rugs still, prolong their life and prevent scratches and indentations to your floors.

I ordered 3 custom cut runners for use under sisal runners I had purchased from Pottery Barn. I am totally satisfied with my new rug pads. The ordering process was quick and easy. This company lets you know exactly when your order is being processed and exactly when the pads are on their way to you.
I love the gentle cushion these give my rugs and although the pads are not necessarily designed to do so, they have held these runners in place (no slipping) very well.
I will buy all future rugs pads from this wonderful site. Thanks:)

We couldn't be happier with both the product and the excellent service we received from Rug Pad Corner. We've been through several cheap pads that didn't work at all for our runner on our carpet. This pad really does the job and the shipping was incredibly quick. We'll definitely be back for more of these!

No more moving rug with this pad! I bought this pad, it shipped the same day and it is like a miracle worker. Our runner does not move or buckle anymore and is a pleasure to walk on over our carpeting. Thanks so much!
